Tipped to Be A Bestseller This Christmas

Mighty Beanz are something of a phenomenon in the last decade. Originally appearing in 2002, these collectibles that originally started as kids toys are finding a larger audience due to their collectability.

Order the Mighty Beanz Star Wars via the link just to the right.

Now it seems as though a no niche or series with passionate fans is safe from being turned into Beanz, with the latest series to emerge being the Star Wars series.

Get Started with the Starter Pack

There are over 75 famous Star Wars characters than have been re-imagined in Mighty Beanz form, which means that just about everyone’s favorite Star Wars characters are available. Probably the best way to start building up a collection (for yourself or for your kids) is to buy the starter pack. The Star Wars Starter Pack contains 4 random characters from the Star Wars universe, so you never quite know who you are going to get. Will you be getting Darth Vader or Luke Skywalker? Or will the pack contain a Jawa or the lowly Pit Droid?

Also Included – A Collectors Guide

The starter pack also comes with a booklet included that gives a little bit more background information as well as providing some instructions for games that can be played with the Star Wars Mighty Beanz. This is handy for those who have never used them before, but the chances are that any kid will be familiar with them. A popular example of a game that is played with the beans is to roll them down the slope in a race to the finish.

The beans themselves are basically plastic capsules that have a metal ball inside them, which makes the rolling of the Beanz unpredictable, and allows them to do all sorts of flips if you have a ramp of the flip track.

Star Wars Mighty Beanz Tin Carry Case

Of course, if you have beans from the starter set, it is also a good idea to get the matching Star Wars Mighty Beans carry case to hold your collection. It is a giant Darth Vader tin that is the shape of a Mighty Beanz. It is well made with plenty of spaces inside to hold 40 beans inside. Though with the number of Star War beanz increasing all the time due to popularity, you would need more than one tin to hold them all. To make the tin case more attractive to buyers, it comes with 2 exclusive beans that you cannot get anywhere else.

Star Wars Millenium Falcon Case

In October the Millenium Falcon tin was released, and just like the Darth Vader case it holds 40 beans inside, with 38 inside the case and 2 Beanz can sit in the cockpit! You can find it at Toys R Us, but it can be hard to find. Even though it is an exclusive you can still find it on eBay and (sometimes) Amazon. Good hunting!

Loose Beanz

The main attraction from these characters is buying and trading loose beans to build up a collection. The detail on the characters is very impressive, with each character being lovingly recreated in a half-cute/half realistic style. Kids and adults alike love Mighty Beanz – kids like to play, while adults like to collect them all. Aren’t some people too old for this?! Well, everyone is still a kid deep down, right?
